MERCHANDISING

We had our individual merchandising team based on specific products and customer. Each team has a team leader by Manager along with him/her senior Merchandiser/ Merchandiser make one team. They are the functional Merchandiser backed by Technical Manager equipped with CAD support and in –house sampling section. We do the thread bear follow up with the strict time and action calendar to make sure the goods are on correct fit, quality and shipping.

RESEARCH & DESIGN

Not only we provide the best sampling but also we provide acost effective design solution to our valued customers. Following the current season’s forcast from WGSN and major fashion fair, we make two collections a year to support our customer’s product range. Different techniques and washes frequently applied to introdece new ideas and also we try to understand other manufactures innovative throught the world to impliment and enrich our technical library.

Production

Good Pre-Production work requires close follow-up of all milestones and approvals. These are activities that begin after issuance of a Purchase Order. It leads to a green light for production activities to commence on the designated & scheduled dates. Production is a process by which resources are allocated according to a schedule, and we ensure that this schedule is followed. In case of disruptions, new plans are swiftly drawn up ensuring that ultimate targets are met.

Quality Control

We have a quality controlling team who visits factories on regular basis and when a new order goes in to production they are stationed in the factory on full time basis in order to ensure that the lines are well set and buyers’ quality standards are maintained. We do a TOP sample from the actual bulk materials and our quality controller thoroughly inspect this sample for its specifications and pass the same to the Merchandiser concern to double check on all the materials and other construction details, and then same goes to the hand of top Management and everybody sign off this sample with their approval or comments. We follow this procedure to ensure there is no mistake made in the product and if there is we find it early and take corrective measures. We conduct regular inline inspection at AQL 2.5 mostly and the report is distributed among everybody involve in the factory and in our Office.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Shipment

Our ceaseless and sincere effort always goes to ensure high class quality and in-time shipment. Since we believe in crystal clear views and straight-forwardness, we provide our clients a Critical Path Method (CPM Method) how goods will be shipped in the required / given to have clear direction of merchandising the goods. Our Specialties

Avoron Fashion specializes in areas of product development, production & timely deliveries, online & post production inspections, coordination & Communication.

We need the spec, sketch, design and all details including the yarn composition and then we make sample for clients’ approval. Sometimes, we do this sampling according to a given sample (original sample) from the client-end and then send them for the clients’ approval. When we receive the original sample spec/sketch or other details, we send a sample to our buyers’ for approval. After receiving the approval, we make some more samples in case of buyers’ satisfaction. If the sample quantity is a large number, then we make it as per buyers’ requirements with a mutual understanding. Quality Control: No way to compromise set / required / aspired quality level — this is what we believe in terms of quality. A group of well experienced, efficient, self-motivated and dynamic merchandisers and quality controllers are working very hard to ensure the highest level of quality of garments with the right corner of the direction.
